SEESMART CE-1 at shoulders and elbows — upgrade with the SEESOFT CE-2 back insert. CE Level A. No waterproofing, no thermal liner: this is a warm-weather-only jacket. If summer rain is part of your commute, layer a packable rain jacket over it or step up to the Shade 2 H2O Ladies or Eclipse 2 paired with a separate membrane.
