Description

The Tech-Air 3 is a fully autonomous airbag vest that works on its own, with no wires or connections to the motorcycle, and its textile chassis uses no leather or animal materials. Six integrated sensors watch for a crash and deploy the airbag in about 50 milliseconds, covering the shoulders, chest and back. The chassis is water resistant with a waterproof ECU, and it can be worn over or under most riding jackets. Battery life runs around 40 hours with a roughly four-hour recharge, and status shows through an LED display with haptic alerts and the Tech-Air app. It is CE certified to EN1621-4:2013.
