The Riveter is Tobacco Motorwear's women's riding shirt, cut in a western style with a contoured fit that doesn't read as motorcycle gear at a glance. The outer shell is 100% cotton with a vintage floral washed lining; the protective layer is DuPont Kevlar aramid fiber running through the elbows, shoulders, and back for abrasion resistance. Pockets at the elbows accept removable CE-rated D3O armor, which is sold separately — the shirt ships without armor installed. YKK zippers and snap closures finish the construction. Sizing runs XS to 3XL and is cut for women's proportions. Cotton breathes well in warm weather but offers no waterproofing and no thermal liner, so this works best as a three-season option on dry days. No animal-derived materials are used in the construction, though Tobacco Motorwear has not made an explicit vegan claim.
